You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Courts of Ludhiana, India.

ASSIGNMENT
Homediscover.in may assign this contract to anybody with or without notice to you. You cannot assign this contract to anybody without getting prior written approval/consent of homediscover.in. Any such transfer/assignment by you without getting approval of homediscover.in shall be void.

INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold homediscover.in, its subsidiaries, directors, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the homediscover.in Services in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of any of the terms of this Agreement and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above.

NOTICE
Any notice required to be given under this or in connection with this Contract, shall be given by email and it shall be treated as given in writing in compliance with any laws, which require such notice to be given in writing. And such notice shall be deemed to be duly received by you once it is sent to your email id updated by you from time to time. You can send any notice to homediscover.in by registered post address as mentioned in Contact Us section and it shall be deemed as received by homediscover.in only after actual receipt of such notice by homediscover.in.

LOAN FACLITY
If any client / customer/id holder applies for a loan against the property, purchased through / assisted by us, then all the applicable charges whether present or future, shall have to be borne by that client / customer/id holder and if the said loan is eventually declined by the Financial / mortgagee institution, homediscover.in, or any of it's associate(s) does not takes any responsibility in respect of the same. If any client takes the assistance of homediscover.in or any of it's associate(s) for procurement of loan, for any property or a property purchased through us, and eventually the said loan is declined, by the Financial / mortgagee institution, in that case homediscover.in or any of it's associate(s) shall not be responsible for the said refusal / declining of case, due to any reason, whatsoever and howsoever. homediscover.in or any of it's associate(s), does not takes the responsibilities in respect of the inconvenience / sufferings / losses et al. suffered or caused to have been suffered by the customer / client / id holder, arising due to the faulty services that may be provided by the Financial / mortgagee institution, to which the said loan has been applied, whether the said loan was or was not initiated / facilitated / assisted by homediscover or any of it's associate(s) or not. homedicover.in or any of it's associate(s) does not takes any responsibilities and / or liabilities in respect of the inconvenience / sufferings / losses et al. suffered or caused to have been suffered by the customer / client / id holder, arising due to the changes in Rate of interest, duration of loan, other related charges, non disclosures / misrepresentation of facts by the Financial / mortgagee institution. For any of the above cited reasons / causes, the fees / charges etc (if paid), shall not be refunded to you under any circumstances.
